Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from delivery of your item to request a return. Only US orders are eligible for returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, the SKU label, and in its original packaging. We do not accept exchanges of any kind. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

• Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
• Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.

To start a return, email us at support@the41collective.com. Please provide the following information in your email: the name or description of the item, a photo of the item with any applicable damages, and the reason for the return. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items are considered non-returnables which no refunds will be issued. Non-returnables include: Intimates and lingerie, jewelry, and swimwear. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
